31.01.2012 | Piep Vandaag

22.11.2011 | theblackfish.org
Yesterday the Dutch courts ruled that orca Morgan is allowed to be transported to the entertainment park Loro Parque on the Spanish island of Tenerife. A missed opportunity because the orca was one of the best known candidates for release back into the wild. Although we are saddened by the outcome of the legal proceedings, we remain realistic and take a positive look at the work that lies ahead.

The United Nations wildlife conference in Qatar this week, where delegates from 175 countries gathered to make decisions on the protection of recently endangered species has pulled grey clouds over the world of conservation. Sea Shepherd: Gevestigde Orde Op Zee
19.03.2009 | Buiten De Orde
Alles is grijs.

Sea Shepherd: One To Defend Them All
23.04.2008 | The Mule Magazine
I had heard of the Sea Shepherd before. I knew they were renowned and feared at sea for ramming illegal fishing vessels and others exploiting the oceans. That the crew are passionate people and committed to what they do. That they have claimed the sinking of over 10 ships, many of them used to hunt whales, and that they have rammed numerous vessels at sea. They can also claim that no one has been injured in any of their campaigns in the last 30 years and that they have single handedly shut down illegal fishing operations around the world.
